From 7 till 9 of January Christmas holiday services took place in Lutsk church. The services were filled with Christmas spirit and Gospel words: "And she will bring forth a Son and you shall call His name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins. So all this was done that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the Lord through the prophet, saying: "Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son and they shall call His name Immanuel, which is translated, God with us" (Mat.1: 21-23). Every Christian realizes that "...without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifested in the flesh; justified in the Spirit, seen by Angels, preached among the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up in glory" (1 Tim. 3:16).
On the holiday services the entire congregation was worshiping and praying in one spirit and in one soul.
